Session Outline
● Warm-up (10 minutes):
○ Fun, dynamic stretches and mobility exercises (e.g., arm circles, high knees, jumping jacks)
● Speed Drills (20 minutes):
○ Short sprints (10-15 yards) focusing on proper running form
○ Agility ladder drills (quick feet, side steps)
○ Relay races and tag games to encourage speed and quick decision-making
● Power Drills (20 minutes):
○ Broad jumps and bunny hops to enhance leg power
○ Low box jumps or single-leg hops for explosive strength
○ Light medicine ball throws or toss games to improve upper body power
● Cool Down (10 minutes):
○ Group stretching focusing on key muscle groups (legs, hips, shoulders)
○ Breathing exercises and light jogging to relax muscles
